1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the login babu88 platform and all services associated with it. "Platform" refers to the loginbabu88.cam website, the mobile application, and all services under it. "User" or "Member" means any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

"We", "our" or "Company" refers to the organisation operating login babu88. "Wager" or "Bet" means predicting the outcome of any sporting event — including cricket and football — with money. These terms are drawn up within the legal framework of Bangladesh and apply to members residing in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on login babu88 and use any casino or betting service, a user must be at least 21 years old. The Company may request relevant documents for age verification at any time. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all transactions on those accounts will be considered void.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances in them will be forfeited. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device or IP address within a household, the member must inform the support team in advance.

2.3 Accuracy of Information at Registration

The name, mobile number, date of birth and other details provided at registration must be correct and truthful. Opening an account with false or inaccurate information is a direct violation of the terms and may result in account closure. If any details need to be changed, the member must contact the login babu88 support team.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Each member is fully responsible for keeping their account login details secure. Passwords or OTP codes must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the support team must be informed immediately. login babu88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from a member's own carelessness.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on login babu88 is ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and BRAC Bank are supported. Members may only deposit using a payment method registered in their own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Legitimacy

Using the platform for money laundering or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. If a suspicious transaction is detected, login babu88 may suspend withdrawals on that account until an investigation is complete.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

login babu88 provides promotional offers to members from time to time. Currently, a 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the balance to ৳2,200, and a total of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following conditions apply to bonuses:

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in all benefits being cancelled.
• Bonuses are added only as a supplement to real money; they cannot be withdrawn separately.
• The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a withdrawal is requested after receiving a bonus without meeting the conditions, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be deducted.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

The login babu88 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond.

Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

All decisions regarding VIP cashback are at the sole discretion of login babu88. The Company may change the structure of the VIP program without prior notice.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If an event is cancelled, postponed or the result is undetermined, the stake for that bet will be refunded or settled according to the Company's set rules. Bets on major tournaments including cricket's BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup are settled based on official results.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is left incomplete due to a lost internet connection or a device problem, the responsibility lies with the member. If incorrect odds or results are displayed on the platform due to a technical error, login babu88 reserves the right to cancel that bet.

7.3 Prohibited Conduct

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through software bots, automated systems or any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

8 Member Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

Members of login babu88 confirm that they are playing for personal enjoyment and are not betting with money belonging to others or borrowed funds. Gaming addiction can be a serious problem. login babu88 advises members to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

login babu88 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violating any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Disrespectful behaviour towards other members or staff.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, all funds for which wagering conditions have been met will be returned.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

login babu88 treats the protection of members' personal data as a top priority. Members' data is used solely for the purpose of providing services and carrying out necessary verifications. The Company follows its privacy policy when transferring information to third parties.

The Company is not responsible for any problems caused by the member's own device, internet connection or external circumstances. Betting outcomes depend entirely on chance and skill; the Company does not guarantee any winnings.

13 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

login babu88 reserves the right to modify, add to or cancel these terms at any time. Members will be notified through the platform in the event of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

If any clause or part of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The matters set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between the member and the Company and replace any prior oral or written understanding.
